Our Graduate Development Program is designed to support your transition from university to a thriving professional career. Here's what your journey will look like:

Offer & Onboarding

From the moment you accept your offer, we guide you through a smooth onboarding experience setting you up with the tools, contacts, and confidence to start the program off strong.

The goal is to ensure you feel informed, supported, and excited to start your journey.

This includes:

  • Onboarding communications and key dates
  • Access to onboarding portals and forms
  • Introduction to the graduate program and your supervisor
  • Guidance on setting up your work tools and systems

Orientation

The first few weeks are all about connection and discovery. You'll meet your fellow graduates and learn about the RBA’s culture. You will be introduced to the teams and leaders who will support your growth through the program.

  • Overview of RBA Mission, Vision and Open & Dynamic culture
  • Get introduced to essential systems and tools
  • Attend Onboarding Day Session
  • Meet-and-greet sessions with leaders and fellow graduates
  • Introductory workshops and team introductions to help you build connections and understand how your role fits into the bigger picture.

Program Experience

Our graduate program is designed to offer variety, challenge, and meaningful growth:

  • Complete rotations across different teams depending on the graduate program you are joining
  • Gain hands-on experience working on real projects with measurable impact
  • Get exposure to diverse leadership styles and work environments
  • Participate in regular check-ins and performance reviews to track progress and development
  • Explore your interests and build a strong foundation for your future career

Learning and Development

We’re committed to supporting your growth throughout the program. As part of the program, you’ll have access to a wide range of learning resources designed to support both your technical and soft skill development, including:

  • LinkedIn Learning and Microsoft Learning platforms for on-demand skill development
  • In-house training sessions tailored to your role and career goals
  • External workshops and courses delivered by industry experts
  • Self-led learning opportunities, allowing you to explore topics at your own pace and interest

Career Transition Series

As you near the end of your program, the Graduate Program team will assist with material and timelines to prepare you for the end of your Graduate Development Program. We will assist you in putting your best foot forward when securing a role post-program and give you the confidence to utilise your newfound knowledge, skills, and capabilities to pave your way into your future career.
