The theme of our conference for 2011 was ‘The Australian Economy in the 2000s’. The conference looked at the growth and development of Asia; problems faced by the North Atlantic economies during the decade; and aspects of the Australian economy, including the labour market, mining, housing, productivity and the financial sector.
