ESA Holders and Batch Administrators

The RITS Help Desk provides operational assistance to RITS Members that are holders of Exchange Settlement Accounts (ESAs) or Batch Administrators. The RITS Help Desk is staffed 24 hours a day, on every day of the year.

ESA Holders and Batch Administrators must immediately report to the RITS Help Desk any operational problem that may impact upon the efficiency of their settlements across RITS.

RITS Members that are ESA Holders or Batch Administrators should also contact the RITS Help Desk if they are seeking to update their RITS Authorised Signatories.

Other RITS Members

RITS Members who are not ESA Holders or Batch Administrators should contact the Reserve Bank's Risk and Compliance Department for queries related to their RITS membership, and to update their RITS Authorised Signatories.
