Total remuneration received or due and receivable by these executives amounted to $5.521 million ($5.112 million in 1994/95). Remuneration is measured on the basis of a clarification issued by the Australian Securities Commission and includes cash salary, the Bank's contribution to superannuation, housing assistance, motor vehicles, health insurance and other benefits subject to fringe benefits tax.
