Tanya is a Manager of the Analysis and Policy team in the Note Issue Department, and was previously Manager of the Bank's public education program. Her research interests centre on economics education and gender diversity. She also has a particular interest in the design and implementation of surveys and microdata analysis. Tanya holds a Masters in Economics from the London School of Economics.
