Michaela is currently a Manager in the Economic Analysis Department, focusing on scenario modelling. Previously, she was part of the Bank's Research Department, where she focused on structural and applied macroeconometric methods to investigate monetary policy transmission, especially when policy rates are constrained. Michaela holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Sydney.
