Media Release Designation of Linfox Armaguard Pty Ltd under the Cash Distribution Framework Act 2026

The RBA has today designated Linfox Armaguard Pty Ltd (Armaguard) (ACN 099 701 872) under the Cash Distribution Framework Act 2026 (the Act).

The designation brings Armaguard within the Cash Distribution Framework, making it a regulated entity under the Act and subject to the obligations and requirements designed to support a sustainable, resilient and efficient cash distribution system in Australia

The designation follows consultation with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), as required by subsection 16(1) of the Act, and with Armaguard.
