Batches are settled using the batch feeder facility in RITS.

Batches are entered by an entity approved by the RBA to act as a Batch Administrator for a particular business stream.

Current batch streams / Batch Administrators:

  • ASX CHESS Batch (for settlement of transactions in equities) / ASX Settlement Pty Ltd
  • eftpos Batch (for settlement of point-of-sale eftpos obligations) / eftpos Payments Australia Limited
  • Mastercard Batch (for settlement of Mastercard domestic AUD obligations) / Mastercard International Incorporated
  • Property Batch (for settlement of the cash leg of property transactions arising in the PEXA e-conveyancing system) / Property Exchange Australia Limited
  • ASXF Batch (for settlement of the cash leg of property transactions arising in the Sympli e-conveyancing system) / ASX Financial Settlements Pty Limited
