Submissions on Visa Debit System Reform – Draft Access Regime
On 20 July 2005 the Reserve Bank gazetted a draft access regime for the Visa Debit system and released a Consultation Document setting out the draft access regime and the reasons why it was proposed. The Bank sought submissions on the regime and its reasoning. The following submissions have been received.
