RITS Help Desk

The RITS Help Desk provides operational assistance to RITS Members. It is staffed at all times when RITS is open. These hours are 07:30 until 19:00 (Australian Eastern Standard Time) and 07:30 until 21:00 (Australian Eastern Daylight-saving Time).

Holders of Exchange Settlement Accounts (ESAs) must immediately report to the RITS Help Desk any operational problem that may impact the efficiency of their settlements across RITS.

RITS Operating Hours

Information relating to RITS session times and operational arrangements for extended hours is described in the Information Paper RITS Session Times and Operational Arrangements (PDF 153K).

RITS is open on days which Banks generally are open for business in Sydney or Melbourne. RITS therefore is closed on the following Australian Holidays: New Years Day, Australia Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, Queen’s Birthday, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Shortened RITS sessions will apply on the August NSW Bank Holiday and the October NSW Labour Day Holiday as there will be no AUD settlements in CLS. Specific dates for the holidays can be found in the Bank Holidays section of the Events Diary.
