Notice is hereby given that bids may be lodged electronically through the Reserve Bank Information and Transfer System (RITS) until 12.15 p.m. Australian Eastern Summer Time on Thursday, 22 February 2001 to Tender No. 37 for Treasury Indexed Bonds, details of which are set out below.

All bids must comply with the Treasury Indexed Bond Prospectus (dated 18 August 1995). A printed copy of the prospectus can be obtained from any domestic branch of the Reserve Bank of Australia or the Australian Office of Financial Management.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF RESULTS
The results of Tender No. 37 are expected to be announced at 12.45 p.m. Australian Eastern Summer Time on Thursday, 22 February 2001.
SETTLEMENT ARRANGEMENTS
Successful bids for Treasury Indexed Bonds offered in Tender No. 37 must be settled during RITS system hours on Monday, 26 February 2001.
