2. Does the RBA give presentations to students and teachers' groups?

Yes. The RBA does give presentations to students and teachers. To discuss a possible presentation, contact the Bank's Information Department.

3. What are the hours of business for the Museum of Australian Currency Notes in the Sydney Head Office building?

The Museum of Australian Currency Notes is located in Sydney at 65 Martin Place. View our guide map. The Museum is open between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm Monday to Friday, except Public and New South Wales Bank holidays. Bank publications are generally available from the Reception Desk at the main entry to the Museum.

4. When does the RBA release data?

Our Schedule of Statistics and Publications, issued each Friday at 11.30 am, lists data expected for release. Release dates for the Reserve Bank of Australia Bulletin, Chart Pack and quarterly Statement on Monetary Policy are also included. Details of forthcoming speeches and other events are listed under 'Coming Up' on the home page.

5. How do I join the RBA E-mail Service?

To join the RBA E-mail Service, please visit our E-mail Service page and follow the steps outlined below.
  1. From the E-mail Service page, select the list you wish to join.
  2. Enter your Internet e-mail address and full name in the text boxes provided.
  3. Click the Join button.
  4. An e-mail message will be sent to you with further instructions for joining the list.
  5. Please follow the instructions before sending a reply so that we can add your details to our database.

6. How do I change my e-mail address that is registered with the RBA E-mail Service?

You can change your e-mail address at any time. Please visit our E-mail Service page and follow the steps outlined below.
  1. From the E-mail Service page, select the list that contains your old e-mail address.
  2. Enter your old Internet e-mail address and full name in the text boxes provided.
  3. Click the Leave button.
  4. An e-mail message will be sent to you with further instructions for leaving the list.
  5. Please follow the instructions before sending a reply so that we can remove your old e-mail details from our database.
  6. To join the list with your new e-mail address details, visit the E-mail Service page again.
  7. Select the list you wish to join.
  8. Enter your new Internet e-mail address and full name in the text boxes provided.
  9. Click the Join button.
  10. An e-mail message will be sent to you with further instructions for joining the list.
  11. Please follow the instructions before sending a reply so that we can complete the process of adding your new details to our database.
